Bobolo

Description

Bobolo is a product derived from manioc. It is eaten in many countries in Africa and around the world. Manioc, whose scientific name is Manihot esculenta, is rich in vitamins A, B, C and E, and also provides a high level of magnesium, mineral salts, iron and calcium. It also contains potassium, sodium, phosphorus, manganese and zinc, and is said to promote fertility in both men and women. And according to Dr Jules Kouassi, Doctor of Public Health and nutrition specialist from Côte d’Ivoire, it is highly beneficial for the eyes, brain, blood system and skin.
